Fridley Theatres values the importance of giving back to the community and, in turn, accepts donation requests from any official non-profit organizations.
All donation requests must include the following:
- Name of the Organization and the Event
- Detailed Description of the Event
- Date of the Event
- Contact Information:
- Name
- Mailing Address (for purpose of sending the donation)
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- We also request a copy of your 501 (c)(3) documentation. Please submit via email or fax (515.282.8310)
